ARCIA is pleased to present our thoughts with regard to this discussion paper, and we will primarily reiterate our previous position regarding the allocation of spectrum within this particular band. Since 2013 our Association has either been involved in the discussions regarding Public safety Mobile Broadband (PSMB) or we have followed the progress with interest. This is because many of our members are either involved in the public safety sector as volunteers, or have an interest as suppliers or similar supporting roles.
