Due to COVID-19, ARCIA has had to cancel its face-to-face Professional Development training workshops. To manage the continuation of the training, Chris Stevens (convenor of our Training sub-committee) has been setting up facilities for virtual training, with a small trial conducted recently. We are hopeful that we will be able to utilise this facility for training opportunities outside of our usual face-to-face workshops in the near future. Watch this space.
[EDIT: On March 13, 2022, ARCIA gave an update on the “ARCIA Academy” which is designed to increase the skills and confidence of our industry personnel. The launch date for this is planned for mid-June 2022, ahead of the proposed training date in Sydney.]
