Strong support from our community for the VIC State Networking Dinner
With our recent poll delivering overwhelming support for the running of a Victoria State Networking Dinner, we’re very pleased to confirm that we will be hosting our very first on 5 August, 2026.
Results from the poll demonstrated there is very strong support from a large enough group, with almost 90% in support, and the same number looking for a dinner this year to bring team members to.
Not everyone attends the Gala Dinner & Excellence Awards held in conjunction with Comms Connect, and there also hasn’t been a suitable platform to present the Victoria State Professional of the Year Award winner with their trophy, with the VIC Sundowner being the only option. We can now give the winner the recognition they deserve, at the same time as offering another meeting place for those who would like to come together in Melbourne.
