As part of ARCIA’s international linkages we have an MoU with Public Safety Communications Europe (PSC-E) and also with the Government Wireless, Technology & Communications Association (GWTCA) from the USA. PSC-E have two conferences each year and the December conference was held in Paris France, with Geoff Spring (ARCIA Projects Officer) attending on our behalf. The report on that conference is presented for then interest of our members, in particular those members who are associated with the public safety sector.
