Congratulations to the 2026 NSW State Professional of the Year – Peter Magill
ARCIA is proud to announce Peter Magill as the winner of the 2026 New South Wales State Professional of the Year Award.
Peter Magill has worked in the electronics and radio communications field since the late ‘70s and has been a business owner since the mid-90’s.
As a regional business owner, he has been involved in all aspects of RF and Electronics, including the early days of CB Radio, UHF CB and Mobile Phones, among many others. His business first started offering commercial Land Mobile Radio systems in the 90’s, including Phillps and Motorola analogue.
With the market shift to Digital LMR, the business now supports many local businesses, including in the mining sector, with these solutions.
Peter is well known for his personal service, hardworking ethics and his system knowledge around the region and it would be fair to say that he exemplifies a dedicated, committed radio communications dealer in regional NSW.

Peter will automatically be entered into the running for the National Outstanding Professional of the Year Award, competing against other state winners. The national award will be announced at the ARCIA Gala Dinner in Melbourne on October 14, held in conjunction with Comms Connect.
