Presentation summary: This presentation is the first part of two sessions that will explain much about our industry, and the terminology involved—including much of the jargon used by industry personnel.

Target audience: It should be of particular interest to those new to the industry—in sales and administration roles, as well as new technical employees. A basic knowledge of the industry might help but is not a pre-requisite for understanding the topic contents.

Presenter: Andrew Wyborn – Victorian Manager for Radlink Communications in Melbourne. Andrew has worked in the industry for over twenty years, in many roles and with multiple companies, and is well respected.
