Lunchtime Learning: Session 6

The evolution of a sale (Part 1 of 2)

– Requirements gathering

Wednesday 19th January, 2022  |  1:00pm Melbourne/Sydney time (AEDT)  |  Duration: 30mins

Presentation summary: Often taken for granted, the process of making a sale of radio equipment—especially new systems—require a lot of information gathering. This is to make sure that the end system delivered to the client is not only what they are expecting, but meets their needs, and everything has been addressed as part of the process. This will include items like permits and licensing, as well as equipment programming needs, and user training.

Target audience: This session will be of interest to business development staff, administration personnel, service managers, and technicians who have to prepare equipment for delivery and installation.

Presenter: Andrew Wyborn – Victorian Manager for Radlink Communications in Melbourne. Andrew has worked in the industry for over twenty years, in many roles and with multiple companies, and is well respected.

Registration will be open in the new year for the ARCIA Lunchtime Learning: Session 6
