Great to be back at Comms Connect
It was great to have Comms Connect back again after what was also a three-year absence, with the atmosphere really buzzing in both the conference and exhibition areas. Delegate numbers were reported to be back to the high levels from several years ago and the varied conference content meant very many happy delegates.
The more open feel of the exhibition area was great this year and although a couple of the main industry players were not involved as in previous years, its hoped that they will be back in 2023, to join the influx of new and different exhibitors that were on display, once they realise what they missed out on. It is a pity that some of those we expect to see at the region’s main radio and critical communications event weren’t present, as their clients certainly were, and they were keen to see and hear what technology developments have taken place since the last national industry gathering, given the landscape is changing so rapidly.
