ARCIA Live: Sydney events
On July 8th, ARCIA hosted our first Live events for 2022! As part of ARCIA Live in Sydney, we held multiple training workshops followed by a networking dinner at the Rydges Parramatta Hotel, where our guest speaker—Station Officer Graham Tait, AFSM, GIFireE—shared his insights on the European BroadWay public safety wireless broadband project and local emergency communications advances.
All events were well attended and it was a wonderful day to learn and socialise. Don’t miss these excellent opportunities to participate in our industry-specific training and to network—this is an important part of our ARCIA Mission and it should not be underestimated.

Celebrations and awards
At the NSW Networking dinner we also presented the award of Industry Professional of the Year to Gavin Jenkins! Well done Gavin, it’s terrific recognition!
