ARCIA is proud to announce Josh Way as the winner of the 2026 Victorian State Professional of the Year Award.
Josh was recognised for his outstanding commitment to his customers and the critical communications industry, regularly going above and beyond to help customers achieve the best possible solutions – often giving his own time outside of working hours and over weekends.
A capable engineer with a growing depth of knowledge across radio communications, from integration and feature-set design through to implementation, Josh has demonstrated a genuine passion for the industry and a strong commitment to supporting those around him.
Those who work alongside Josh and benefit from his support describe him as consistently available, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. His technical capability, enthusiasm and dedication have already made a strong impression, with many believing he is destined to make an even greater contribution to the industry in the years ahead.

Josh will automatically be entered into the running for the National Outstanding Professional of the Year Award, competing against other state winners. The national award will be announced at the ARCIA Gala Dinner in Melbourne on October 14, held in conjunction with Comms Connect.
